The Emerging Science, Technology and Innovation Conclave (ESTIC-2025), organized by the Government of India, is a pivotal event designed to advance India's vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. It aims to define strategic priorities, create a roadmap for emerging technologies, and propel India as a global knowledge hub.

This conclave serves as a forum for researchers, deep-tech start-ups, industries, funding agencies, and policymakers to foster collaborations and promote global positioning. The event will showcase achievements by academia, research institutions, industries, and start-ups.

ESTIC-2025 seeks to engage future S&T leaders of India to inspire commitment through sustainable, inclusive, and transformative innovation. The event will also celebrate contributions towards India’s journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.

The overarching theme of the conclave is "Viksit Bharat 2047 – Pioneering Sustainable Innovation, Technological Advancement and Empowerment." This theme underscores the event's focus on driving India towards a developed nation through advancements in science and technology.

Bharat Mandapam is a prestigious and modern convention center, making it an ideal location for such a significant event. New Delhi, as the venue, offers a blend of heritage and innovation, providing a fitting backdrop for the conclave.

Conclave Components and Activities

ESTIC-2025 will feature a diverse range of activities, including plenary talks by Nobel Laureates and global key personalities. These talks will set India’s S&T vision for 2047, providing valuable insights and direction.

The conclave will host 11 thematic technical sessions with invited talks from scientists, industry leaders, and policymakers. Presentations by S&T leaders, women entrepreneurs, and deep-tech CEOs will also be a key component.

Attendees can also participate in panel discussions, explore 75 exhibition stalls featuring deep-tech start-ups and sponsors, and view 100 poster presentations by young scientists, faculty, and engineers. On the sidelines, B2B and B2G meetings, film screenings, cultural events, and AI-based selfie zones will add to the experience.

Thematic Areas and Participants

The conclave will delve into various thematic areas critical to India's technological advancement. These include Advanced Materials & Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, Bio-Manufacturing, and Blue Economy.

Other key areas of focus are Digital Communications, Electronics & Semiconductor, Emerging Agriculture Technologies, and Energy, Environment & Climate. Health and Medical Technologies, Quantum Science & Technology, and Space Technologies will also be explored.

Participants will include Nobel Laureates, Deep-Tech Start-up CEOs, Women Entrepreneurs, and Emerging S&T Leaders. Young Scientists, Faculty, Engineers, Industry Leaders, Policymakers, and representatives from Ministries, Embassies, and Funding Agencies will also be present.

PitchX and Registration Details

A highlight of ESTIC-2025 is "PitchX: The Innovation Gateway," a high-stakes pitch platform for 10 deep-tech start-ups. This platform offers mentorship, commercialization strategies, and scale-up support to engage investors and partners.

The event aims to build a self-reliant and innovation-driven nation by providing a platform for emerging technologies. ESTIC-2025 is organized by the International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy & New Materials (ARCI) in association with various government departments and organizations.
