The International Conference on Advanced Energy Materials and Research (ICAEMR - 2025) will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from May 18th to 19th, 2025. Research Fora is organizing this event, which aims to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration in the field of advanced energy materials and research.
ICAEMR provides a platform for researchers and industry professionals to connect and discuss cutting-edge developments. The conference encourages the exchange of scientific information among researchers, engineers, scientists, academicians, developers, students, and practitioners worldwide.
The conference proceedings will be archived in a digital library and assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from CROSSREF. Furthermore, the proceedings will be submitted to ISI Thomson for review and indexing, and published in international journals with ISSN numbers.
Mark your calendars! Early bird registration closes on April 3rd, 2025. The deadline for paper submissions is May 3rd, 2025, and the last date for registration is May 8th, 2025. The conference itself will take place on May 18th and 19th, 2025.
Prospective authors are invited to submit full and original research papers that have not been previously submitted or published elsewhere. Submissions should be in DOC format and sent via email to info@researchfora.com.
English is the official language of the conference. Submitted papers should focus on advancements and research results in advanced energy materials and research.
Registration is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to ensure its inclusion in the proceedings and technical presentation. The registration fee covers several benefits, including a welcome reception, printed name card, conference folder/bag, participation in the technical program, and a printed participation & presentation certificate.
Registered authors also receive printed proceedings, coffee breaks on the presentation day, lunch on the presentation day, and access to the banquet. Discounted rates are available for additional papers registered by the same author.
Group registrations of 5 or more papers/listeners are eligible for a 10% discount. Payment can be made via credit card through the provided secure link, or alternative methods like Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe, and Western Union are available by contacting info@researchfora.com.
The registration process involves four key steps. First, pay the registration fee according to your category (Author, Listener, etc.). Then, complete the copyright transfer and registration form, and email it in PDF/JPG/PNG format to info@researchfora.com before the registration deadline.
Next, submit your camera-ready paper in double-column format (using the provided sample paper as a guide) in Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX format. Finally, after submitting the registration form, camera-ready paper, and payment proof, you will receive a registration confirmation from the organizer within two working days.
Visa invitation letters can be provided upon payment confirmation, if required. After the registration deadline, the conference schedule, venue details, and presentation timings will be shared with registered participants.
