The registration fee received is not refundable. It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted paper register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. The regular fee will be charged up to 6 pages and after that, an additional USD 20 per additional page will be charged. Any on-spot registration is NOT ALLOWED. Everyone must register and do the payment before coming to the conference.
