The Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC), initiated by the Ministry of Education, fosters international academic partnerships between Indian institutions and leading global universities. This offline workshop, hosted by the Department of Earth Sciences, IISER Kolkata, emphasizes cutting-edge topics like microplastic analysis, waste management, circular economy, and sustainable energy.
Participants will explore innovative technologies and strategies to address global challenges such as climate change, resource scarcity, and pollution, gaining hands-on expertise in microplastic analysis, modern waste treatment methods, and environmental sustainability practices.
Key Highlights:
Course Objectives: Analyze microplastics, explore MNP estimation technologies, study LCA tools, and promote sustainable goals.
Eligibility: Open to students, faculty, researchers, and professionals.
Registration Fees: ₹5000 (students), ₹8000 (faculty), ₹15,000 (industry) + 18% GST.
Certification: Participants with 80% attendance will receive a completion certificate.
Limited to 20 participants, selection is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Interested individuals must register through the provided Google form link.
