The World Food Forum (WFF) is a global platform that brings together world experts, changemakers, and leaders to address the challenges of food security and nutrition.

In 2024, the WFF's theme is "Good food for all, for today and tomorrow". The year-long activities culminate in a flagship event held from October 14 to 18 at the headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Rome, Italy, and online.

The event focuses on three pillars:

• Global Youth Action: This initiative aims to engage young people in transforming agrifood systems.

• Science and Innovation: This pillar highlights the role of science and technology in developing solutions for food security challenges.

• Hand-in-Hand Investment: This initiative focuses on mobilizing investments to support sustainable food systems.

The 2024 WFF will also host the following events:

• The 2024 edition of the annual World Food Day, which this year will focus on the “Right to Foods”.

• The High-Level Rome Water Dialogue on WASAG - The Global Framework on Water Scarcity in Agriculture.

• The Global Family Farming Forum.
