Introduction

The FoundersBoost Startup Pre-Accelerator Program – Toronto 2024 is a global pre-accelerator program designed to support pre-seed stage startups.

The program aims to guide startups towards accelerators, investment, and revenue generation. FoundersBoost provides high-quality one-on-one mentorship and access to a large global network to accelerate startup growth. Notably, the program does not take equity or charge fees, prioritizing the needs of founders.

Scope of Work

The program involves weekly three-hour sessions over a six-week period, typically held from 6 pm to 9 pm. Each session features expert speakers and mentors who work with the selected pre-seed/seed stage startups.

The program culminates in a Demo Day, followed by a Global Investor Showcase, providing further exposure for participating startups. The program is designed to fit into a founder's schedule, fostering a cycle of accountability and growth.

Eligibility

The program seeks companies that meet the following criteria:

• Operating in sectors such as Analytics, HR Solutions, Machine Learning (ML), SaaS, Start-ups, Adtech, Green Technology, Hardware Development, Social Innovation, Cleantech, AgriTech, EdTech, FinTech, Marketplaces, LegalTech, SportsTech, Manufacturing Tech, HealthTech, Logistics Tech, and AI Deployment.

• Located in Toronto, Canada.

• Incorporated or not.

• At the prototype, users, or paying users stage.

• Angel, Pre-seed, or Seed stage.

• May or may not have raised funding.

• Currently raising or not raising funds.

• May or may not have revenue.

Budget and Duration

The program is free of charge and does not require equity. The program runs for six weeks, with weekly three-hour sessions.

Additional Information

The program accepts an average of seven startups per cohort, ensuring individual attention for each founder.

The program is designed for startups committed to building their ventures and ready to participate actively in the acceleration process.
