The American Spaces Administrative Funds Management 2026 opportunity, administered through the U.S. Embassy Zambia’s Public Diplomacy Section (PDS), supports the management and disbursement of funds for three American Spaces located throughout Zambia. The programme seeks a grantee to facilitate payments to organizations and individuals that cover programmatic and logistical costs for activities and events at these locations.
The American Spaces, operated by the U.S. Embassy’s Public Diplomacy Section, serve as open-access learning and gathering places that promote interaction between local audiences and the United States. In Zambia, these spaces include the American Center for Leadership at the U.S. Embassy in Lusaka, the American Corner at the National Institute for Public Administration in Lusaka, and the American Corner at Copperbelt University in Kitwe. The grantee will assist the Public Diplomacy Section by disbursing funds to cover programmatic costs, logistics fees, supply fees, and other expenses as directed by the Embassy’s American Spaces team. The grantee will not be involved in developing or executing American Spaces programming.
