This programme is managed by the Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT) and Campus France. It aims to foster collaboration between Portuguese and French research communities by funding short-term mobility exchanges that enable the development of joint projects across all scientific disciplines.

Funding and Benefits

• Funding Type: Travel grants for mobility (incoming and outgoing).
• Annual Funding: FCT provides annual funding of 2,500 EUR per project.
• Project Duration: Maximum duration of 24 months, renewable annually under Articles 13 and 14 of the regulation.

Eligible organisations (non-business entities of the National Science and Technology System) include:

• State or international laboratories headquartered in Portugal.
• Private non-profit institutions whose main purpose is R&D activity.
• Other public and private non-profit institutions that develop or participate in scientific research activities.
• Companies of any nature and legal form.
