The grant opportunity supports the Disability Advocacy Support Helpline (Helpline), which provides short-term individual advocacy support. The grantee must demonstrate the experience and capabilities needed to achieve program outcomes, as detailed in Appendix A of the Grant Opportunity Guidelines.
