The EHRA Observational Training Programme from the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) supports electrophysiologists in transferring state-of-the-art techniques, strategies, clinical and procedural standards to their home institutions through personal observation of expert electrophysiologists selected by EHRA-Recognised Training Centres (ERTC).
The programme enables participants to observe expert electrophysiologists at designated training centres, facilitating the acquisition and transfer of advanced clinical and procedural knowledge. Stays last between two and three weeks. The programme targets mobility for both incoming and outgoing researchers.
The grant provides 500 EUR for each week of observation, plus up to 500 EUR to cover flight expenses. The total duration of the stay is two to three weeks.

The programme is open to First Stage Researchers (R1, up to the point of PhD) in the field of professions and applied sciences.
