The FENS travel grants programme provides support for FENS members to attend the 17th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Neuroscience Society (CAN-ACN) in 2024. Based on a bilateral agreement between FENS and the Canadian Neuroscience Society, eligible members may register for the meeting at the same special rates offered to CAN-ACN members.

Overview

The 17th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Neuroscience Society will take place from 19 to 22 May 2024 in Vancouver, Canada. Through this arrangement, FENS members intending to attend the meeting can benefit from reduced registration fees. The programme is funded by FENS.

Eligibility

• Eligible applicants: Current FENS members who intend to attend the 17th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Neuroscience Society.
• Membership requirement: Applicants must hold active FENS membership at the time of application and attendance.

Deadline and Timeline

• Application timeframe: 8 November 2023 to 23 April 2024
• Early bird registration deadline: 15 March 2024
• Regular registration deadline: 23 April 2024
• Meeting dates: 19–22 May 2024
