Introduction

The Go-Together EdTech Accelerator 2025 is a program designed to support EdTech startups in Africa. The program aims to empower startups through a structured two-phase process: diagnosis and acceleration. The program provides weekly 1:1 coaching, workshops/webinars, and expert guidance to help startups grow and thrive.

Scope of Work

The program is divided into two phases:

• Phase 1: Diagnosis (4 Weeks) - This phase involves evaluating the startup's competencies, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and developing a tailored strategy for the acceleration phase.

• Phase 2: Acceleration (20 Weeks) - This phase focuses on executing and refining the strategies developed during the diagnosis phase. Startups receive weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to track their progress and adapt their strategies as needed.

Eligibility

The program is open to EdTech startups that meet the following criteria:

• The founders have identified a specific problem they want to solve and developed a competitive solution.

• The founders are fully committed to their startups and can engage with the 24-week program without distractions.

• The founders are seeking to strengthen their startup's foundational growth rather than securing immediate funding.

Budget and Duration

The program is 24 weeks long and includes weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, workshops/webinars, and expert guidance. The program does not provide funding, but it aims to help startups grow and become more attractive to investors.
