The Melton Foundation Global Solvers Accelerator 2025 is an eight-month program designed to support emerging change agents from diverse regions in developing competencies for global citizenship, sustainable development, and collective leadership.

The program aims to empower participants to refine their social impact projects, activate their collective leadership potential, and ignite transformative change in their communities.

The program is open to young community development practitioners aged between 20 and 35 years who are actively engaged in or leading a local impact project.

Scope of Work

The Global Solvers Accelerator program involves a series of modules, blended learning, project assignments, peer exchange, and subject matter advisory sessions. Participants will engage in purposefully designed topics to build their capacity and amplify the transformative potential of their social impact projects.

The program aims to achieve cumulative impact at three levels: individual, community, and systemic.

Eligibility

The program is open to young community development practitioners aged between 20 and 35 years.

Applicants should be curious, responsible, forward-thinking, with a proven track record of social impact, and actively engaged in or leading a local impact project. They should also be looking to connect with like-minded peers to make a better sense of the world together.

Budget and Duration

The Global Solvers Accelerator is an eight-month program.

Participants will have access to the Accelerator Fund, which pools a significant percentage of the Program Fees collected from participants and will be made available to deserving projects towards the end of the program.

Additional Information

The program offers several benefits to participants, including capacity building, furthering impact, Melton Fellowship, Co-Lab, and the Accelerator Fund.

The program culminates in a fully-funded in-person workshop, the Global Solvers Co-Lab, where participants can connect and co-create transformative pathways together.
