Eligibility & Focus Areas

Target Population: Low-income mothers and children in urban settings.
Program Focus: Prenatal education, postnatal support, and nutritional counseling.
Required Capacity: Must demonstrate existing community trust and established local partnerships.

Total Available Funds: $1,500,000

Award Cycle: Quarterly (Four awards available)

Individual Award Range: $150,000 - $300,000

Reporting Period: 18 months

Phase 1: Letter of Intent (Due Date: October 15th)
- Submit a 2-page summary outlining community need and proposed activities.
- Must include letters of support from at least two local healthcare providers.
Phase 2: Full Proposal Submission (Due Date: November 30th)
- Detailed budget breakdown and M&E plan.
- Resumes of key personnel.
