The OSERS-OSEP National Center on Academic Interventions (Assistance Listing Number 84.326Q) supports the establishment of a national center to promote academic achievement and improve results for children with disabilities through technical assistance, model demonstration projects, dissemination, and scientifically based research activities.
Administered by the U.S. Department of Education, this cooperative agreement aims to help local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools continuously improve systems and practices to address achievement gaps for students with disabilities. The center will support educators in implementing evidence-based literacy and mathematics instruction that meets the individualized needs of students with disabilities, preparing them for success in school and postsecondary opportunities. The program is part of the Technical Assistance and Dissemination to Improve Services and Results for Children with Disabilities program (ALN 84.326).
