The OVW Fiscal Year 2026 Sexual Assault Services Formula Program assists states and territories in providing intervention, advocacy, accompaniment, support services, and related assistance for adult, youth, and child victims of sexual assault, family and household members of such victims, and those collaterally affected by the victimization, excluding the perpetrator.
