The Phase 2 Produce Prescription Pilot Program, administered by the Indian Health Service, supports Tribes, Tribal organizations, and Urban Indian organizations in implementing produce prescription models that increase access to nutritious and community-relevant foods while promoting whole-person health and well-being.
