Scope of Work For Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator

The Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator is a 90-day mentorship-driven program that provides startups with access to Techstars resources, including mentorship, office space, funding, and a global network of entrepreneurs, investors, and alumni. The program culminates in a Demo Day where startups can showcase their work to investors.

Eligibility

The program is open to startup founders working in various verticals and using different business models. The focus is on startups rather than small businesses. Techstars seeks founders with specific traits:

• Balanced, cohesive, and resilient teams

• Earned wisdom

• Human-centric founders

• Builder mentality

Budget and Duration

Each company receives up to $120,000 in funding, access to a global network of investors, hands-on mentorship, and over $4M of perks. The program lasts for 90 days.
