The Department of Health Research (DHR), under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), India, is offering support to institutions and scientific professionals/bodies/associations under the "Human Resource Development (HRD) scheme for Health Research." An Expert Committee will evaluate applications and select institutions based on their infrastructure, expertise, and proposed training programs.
Institutions must submit utilization certificates as per General Financial Rules (GFRs) for the funds received.
